Originally formed in 1986 in Delray Beach, Florida, the firm’s original mission has remained the same: To serve the communities of South Florida in all aspects of real estate law.

Our real estate practice serves the needs of the property owner, from real estate purchases and real estate acquisitions, financing and title matters, through issues of entitlements, zoning ordinances, land use plans and site plan approvals, all the way through closing, redevelopment, condominium conversion and re-sales.

Our commercial transaction practice focuses on business acquisitions and sales, relationships between partners, and disputes between business owners and their customers. We have extensive expertise in commercial litigation and in finding solutions to the complex commercial challenges presented by today’s economy.
In our banking practice, we protect the interests of our clients in commercial and real estate loan transactions. When difficult situations arise, we assist our lenders in finding solutions with borrowers whose loans are not performing as expected.

The litigation practice of the firm supports our expertise in commercial and real estate law. It focuses upon construction litigation. However, since real estate matters often require expertise with respect to debt collection and related matters, other practice areas include creditor’s rights and disputes between partners.
